- 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- The product must be unworn, unused, or unwashed.
- The product must have all original tags and labels attached.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- RETURN SHIPPING & LABELS
We make the return process as easy as possible:
- Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail to our warehouse.
- Return Shipping Cost: We offer Free Return Shipping.
- How to get a label: A pre-paid return shipping label is included inside your original package. If you cannot find it, please contact us at support@mybusinesscity.com, and we will send you a digital copy to print.
- DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. We accept returns and provide full refunds for:
- Manufacturer defects: Items that arrived broken or malfunctioning.
- Shipping damage: Items damaged during the delivery process.
- Wrong item received: If we sent you the incorrect product, size, or color. In these cases, we will cover all costs to ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund.
- CUSTOMER REMORSE (CHANGE OF MIND)
We also accept returns if you simply changed your mind or the item doesn’t fit your needs. The 30-day window and “Free Shipping” still apply, provided the item is in its original, resalable condition.
- EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer direct exchange processing at this time.
- REFUND TIMELINE
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
- Refund Method: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Processing Time: It typically takes 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
- RESTOCKING FEES
mybusinesscity does not charge any restocking fees for returns.
