We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • The product must be unworn, unused, or unwashed.
  • The product must have all original tags and labels attached.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  1. RETURN SHIPPING & LABELS

We make the return process as easy as possible:

  • Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail to our warehouse.
  • Return Shipping Cost: We offer Free Return Shipping.
  • How to get a label: A pre-paid return shipping label is included inside your original package. If you cannot find it, please contact us at support@mybusinesscity.com, and we will send you a digital copy to print.
  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. We accept returns and provide full refunds for:

  • Manufacturer defects: Items that arrived broken or malfunctioning.
  • Shipping damage: Items damaged during the delivery process.
  • Wrong item received: If we sent you the incorrect product, size, or color. In these cases, we will cover all costs to ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund.

We also accept returns if you simply changed your mind or the item doesn’t fit your needs. The 30-day window and “Free Shipping” still apply, provided the item is in its original, resalable condition.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer direct exchange processing at this time.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
  • Refund Method: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
